The SWC Wisdom Weekend
A weekend of conversation, learning, and gaining practical tools for living with greater clarity and confidence.
October 23–25, 2026 | Boca Raton, Florida
Life moves quickly.
Between family, relationships, responsibilities, and the constant stream of information competing for our attention, many women find themselves moving from one obligation to the next with little time to pause and ask:
- How am I really doing?
- What matters most right now?
- Am I living in a way that feels aligned with who I am and what I value?
We created the SWC Wisdom Weekend as an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend time exploring these questions in the company of thoughtful, curious women.
Through conversation, workshops, shared meals, and practical learning experiences, we will discover how to make more confident decisions, strengthen self-trust, build healthier relationships, navigate life's transitions, and create a life that feels more aligned with our values.
This is not about fixing yourself or being perfect.
It's a chance to slow down, gain perspective, learn new tools, and return home with more understanding about what matters most to you.
What Will You Leave With?
By the end of the weekend, you will:
- Gain an expanded understanding of the values that guide your decisions
- Learn strategies for navigating change and uncertainty
- Discover techniques for reducing stress and creating more balance
- Strengthen self-trust and confidence in your decision-making
- Find new approaches to creating a more supportive home environment
- Develop a personal values framework you can return to whenever you're facing an important decision
- Connect with a community of thoughtful, supportive women
- Gather practical ideas and tools you can continue using long after the weekend ends
Who Is This Weekend For?
The SWC Wisdom Weekend may be especially meaningful if you:
- Feel pulled in multiple directions and rarely make time to focus on yourself
- Are moving through changes in work, relationships, family life, or your sense of self
- Find yourself questioning old patterns, habits, or expectations that no longer fit who you're becoming
- Want deeper conversations than the ones you typically have in your day-to-day life
- Are interested in personal growth but skeptical of one-size-fits-all self-help advice
- Enjoy learning, meaningful conversation, and spending time with thoughtful women who are asking many of the same questions you are.
No prior experience with meditation, mindfulness, or personal development is required.
Simply come as you are.
Space is limited to create a more personal and engaging weekend.

Why do so many of us second-guess ourselves, even when we already know the answer?
Stephanie Banks believes that many people have been conditioned to distrust their own intuition and rely on outside validation when making decisions. In this session, she will explore intuition, inner knowing, and the many ways people experience
guidance in their lives.
Through conversation, intuitive insights, and personal readings, participants will learn to recognize the difference between fear, overthinking, and intuition and explore how greater self-trust can support clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Whether you're facing a difficult decision or simply want to feel more confident in your own judgment, this session offers a fresh perspective on learning to trust your own intuition with more confidence.
About Stephanie:
Stephanie is a highly sought-after intuitive channel, mentor, and guide who helps people connect more deeply with themselves and the wisdom of the soul. Stephanie’s work explores intuition, inner guidance, energetic awareness, and the deeper dimensions of human connection and consciousness. Her unique gifts are woven together with a rich and diverse professional background that includes work as an author, speech-language pathologist, birth doula, lactation consultant, infant massage instructor, and intuitive channel. Through individual and group channeling sessions, workshops, and courses, Stephanie supports others in awakening and strengthening their own intuitive abilities and inner knowing.

We are constantly exposed to conflicting messages about nutrition, hormones, weight, aging, and health.
Rebecca will share a practical and compassionate approach to well-being that focuses on nourishing the body rather than striving for perfection.
Topics will include:
- Building a healthier relationship with food
- Nutrition and hormonal health
- Sustainable wellness habits
- Lifestyle practices that support long-term vitality and well-being
Participants will also enjoy a tasting of recipes from Rebecca's cookbook and leave with practical ideas they can incorporate into everyday life.
About Rebecca:
Rebecca’s approach to wellness is rooted in compassion, self-discovery, and the transformative power of nourishment. Her work has been shaped by decades of personal experience and her own journey toward healing an unhealthy relationship with food.
Rebecca is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is also a Hormone Health Specialist, a graduate of The Institute for the Psychology of Eating as a Mind-Body Eating Coach, and the author of the cookbook For the Love of Real Food.
Through her coaching and programs, Rebecca helps clients create sustainable, lasting change using a holistic blend of eating psychology, mind-body nutrition, whole foods, and supportive lifestyle practices.

Ellen returns to continue the second part of her Ritual & Grace program, exploring practices that help cultivate greater clarity, confidence, and connection in everyday life.
Participants attending only on Sunday will still benefit fully from this session.
Drawing on decades of experience teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga therapy, Ellen will guide participants through practices designed to help quiet mental noise, create space for reflection, and reconnect with what matters most.
Together, we will explore meditation, guided inquiry, and simple reflection practices that can help cultivate more peacefulness. Participants will leave with useful ideas they can incorporate into everyday life when they need to feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
Please bring a candle, crystal, journal, or another meaningful object if you would like to enhance the experience.

She is among a minority of teachers who have earned advanced certifications in Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation. Inspired by the work of Brené Brown, this workshop will help participants identify the values that matter most to them and explore what it means to live in more alignment with those values.
Together, we will examine how our values influence our decisions, relationships, priorities, and everyday choices—and how returning to those values can help during times of uncertainty.
Each participant will leave with a better understanding of what guides them and practical ways to bring those values into everyday life.

In a world that constantly encourages us to do more and move faster, creating moments of pause has become increasingly important.
Heather will share simple breathwork, mindfulness, and reflection practices that help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a feeling of calm throughout the day.
Participants will learn how small moments of intentional pause can create more insight, and connection in everyday life, allowing them to make more thoughtful decisions and create meaningful change.

Together, we will explore questions such as:
- What habits, expectations, or beliefs may no longer be serving me?
- What am I holding onto that may be keeping me stuck?
- What would create more space, energy, or possibility in my life?
The evening will feature guided conversation, shared stories, and the opportunity to connect with other women in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
This is a potluck dinner. Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Beverages and table settings will be provided.
If you're attending Saturday or Sunday, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow participants and ease into the weekend.
