Wisdom Yoga Collective – 5 Tibetan Rites—The Fountain of Youth!

Join Anna Crane for this ancient practice that is different than most yoga classes. The Tibetan Rites are inspired by the story of a British colonel, serving in India in the 1940s, who heard stories that Tibetan monks had found the “Fountain of Youth.” The colonel, who was sickly, went on a search into the mountains of Tibet and came upon a Monastery where the monks seemed ageless. What was their secret? He came back with an answer—the Tibetan Rites. The Tibetan Rites are comprised of five simple but effective movements, each repeated up to 21 times. They are intended to harness the power of the body’s seven vortexes, or chakras, thereby promoting healing, vitality and longevity. They can be practiced anywhere, all you need is a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels.
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
