Salute the Day–Movement and Meditation Mondays With Anna Crane

Pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement) and meditation.
These are excellent ways to start off your week! Join Anna Crane as she leads a simple yet effective experience to jump start Monday morning. You will start with breath—your life’s essence. Next you will train your body with gentle yet invigorating sun salutations. All of this will prepare you to enjoy a seated meditation practice. There will be some time for discussion and questions at the end of class. Leave calm and refreshed, ready to move ahead. You will need a yoga mat and a cushion or other comfortable seat.
Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts.
