Do you long to carve out space for some emotional and spiritual self-care? If your first reaction is “I don’t have time,” or “I have no idea what to do,” then Practice to Pause is just for you! Heather Berg, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who leads workshops around the world, decided years ago to make time in her day for a personal practice to pause. She created this signature workshop to share her insights with all of us.
What Will I Learn?
Join Heather to learn about turning desired behaviors into daily non-negotiables. She will teach us how to use ritual to pause and tap into our interior world, even while life swirls around us. We will explore how this pause leads to insight—it’s where we can hear ourselves, change the most, and get the big revelations. Using discussion, movement and meditation, Heather will demonstrate various practices to help us feel grounded and connected and to keep that feeling on-going. Each of us will leave with resources and inspiration!
