The sixth of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together to meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Heather Berg, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will take us through a Yoga Nidra practice to bring deep relaxation, counteract stress and fatigue, heal the nervous system and allow for a process of letting go to remember the unchanging part of you. There will be a brief overview of Yoga Nidra, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Meditation cushions and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own! Also bring a small pillow for your head and a small cloth to cover your eyes.
