With Ilonka O’Neil
Join Ilonka O’Neil, a wise and experienced yoga teacher and author, for this weekly Sunday afternoon class. Ilonka will take us through a simple and gentle yoga flow, perfect for all levels (even if you are new to yoga), which will flow directly into a writing experience, where you can continue the process of self-discovery. No prior writing training is needed.
What Will I Learn?
Using a theme or prompt each week, Ilonka will guide us on a journey into ourselves. After an approximately 40 minute yoga practice, we will have the opportunity to write about the weekly theme, share our writing (not required) and receive positive feedback. This is not a writing critique group. Any feedback will be guided and designed to uplift the group. Everyone’s story matters and everyone’s voice deserves to be heard!
You will need a yoga mat, a notebook, journal or paper and something to write with (or your laptop).

Pre-registration is required. You will receive a Zoom link at the time you register. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time via TEXT at 561-654-6847. The Zoom meeting room will open approximately 30 minutes before the class starts. Please join at least 15 minutes early to make sure we can address any questions you may have about Zoom and to give you time to settle in.
