Did you know that Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a form of meditation that is easily accessible to all—even those who have never meditated? Heather Berg, E-RYT, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, will guide us through a practice that brings deep relaxation and immersion into the subconscious realms, where one can explore infinite possibility and freedom. The benefits of Yoga Nidra include deep rest, healing for the nervous system, the counter-action of stress and fatigue, as well as psychic support and healing possibilities.
What Will I Learn?
Heather will explain the benefits of Yoga Nidra in our daily lives. We will explore how to use this practice to connect with our intuition, change patterns or habits that no longer serve us and plant seeds in our minds to allow our dreams to reach fruition. We will enjoy a guided meditation in which we will experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra directly.
Space is limited and pre-registration required. Cushions and blankets will be provided, but bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
