The fourth of our 8-part Wisdom Meditation series, intended for new and seasoned meditators alike. We will join together to meditate in a welcoming and uplifting group setting. Each event in the series features a different meditation technique.
What Will I Learn?
This evening will be led by Juli Kagan, an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher and meditation guide. She will demonstrate simple tools to develop our concentration and focus so we can be more “present” in our lives and the world around us. There will be a brief overview of the use of mantra and malas, some light physical movement and plenty of time for meditation and discussion.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Meditation cushions and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own!
